St Nicholas Building is firmly established as an important business address within the central Newcastle market. A new letting brochure including new photography was designed and produced showcasing the prime office accommodation and its prominent position at the junction of St Nicholas Street and Westgate Road in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The project consisted of the following: initial consultancy meetings, graphic design, photography, creation of floor plans and location maps, artwork and a print. We were very excited when asked to design and produce the marketing brochure for such an established and iconic building in Newcastle City Centre.
