The Lumen is based in Newcastle Helix, one of Europe’s most exciting innovation hubs. Creative Streak Design were asked to progress the existing pre-completion marketing document using existing client supplied branding and assets.
New photography was taken showcasing the outstanding building and office space available and integrated into the new punchy marketing brochure. Window vinyl marketing graphics were designed and installed inside the Lumen adjacent to St James’ Boulevard, the main access into Newcastle City Centre from the South.
